I might try the game out on a different phone since by what i know all your games are a blast, but right now i cant do anything with my Nokia(yes my phone is a Nokia)
No way someone still uses nokia in 2024
Bro i know, its crazy
Will this game have a 32 bit edition for android? I cant seem to download it as is at the moment?
Sadly, no. There will be no continued development of the Android version.
Thank you for your quick response. I will try the game at a future point, once I have a phone that can do 64 bit.
I wonder you come from which nation?I'm just stuck in this well-played game and the adventure. So good this game is.If I can play with my friends, it is will be much more joyful.LOL☻☻☻
This is such a cool game. Just beat it as the oracle by riding the platinum pidgeon by sheer chance. Definitely gonna give it another dozen runs as i wanna see what happens when i put enough pods in the recycler drone
Thank you for playing and saying hi! Yeah! There are lots of endings (good, bad, and weird). Keep going!
I love this game! I wish there was a guide though! I cant seem to find the cat the loves roses, or any pets besides the chinchilla. Working on trying to get all the achievements, if I ever succeed I will write the guide myself!!
Also while I will absolutely 100% be buying the new VN about the alien director I really hope we see an expanded version of or sequel to this game.
Thanks for playing! I'm the developer of this game, and I agree that it needs an FAQ! There is all kinds of hidden stuff in Alien Squatter, and I wonder if anyone has ever found it.
Concerning the pets: You can only have one pet at a time, so if you already have a pet, you'll have to get rid of it or the opportunities to get a new pet won't work. If I recall correctly, you can get rid of a pet by selling it to the curry shop in the northeast corner of the map.
You can get a pig by repeatedly buying curry from the curry shop. Randomly, when you buy a bowl, there will be a pig in it.
You can get the cat by collecting roses. The more roses you have, the more likely it is that the cat will appear in your tent at night. Then you can adopt her.
You mentioned the chinchilla already.
There is a parrot too. I can't remember how you get him.
There is a robotic fish. I think you can buy it from the junk shop on the north side of the map.
Damn good
since my last post got deleted for unknown reason,s I decided to write a new one 🥰.
I was suffering from lower body paralysis and this game genuinely helped me both physically and mentally.
I will always support and appreciate the creator, player base and overall community.
Stay safe, xoxo <3
So rude. I wish you nothing but the best my dear friend. Andd I totally relate to that image ❤️who needs maths anyway smh
I love this game I love the unique characters and their personalities and the fact that you get to befriend each of them and read descriptions about them. I also love the pets they're so cute! Will definitely recommend to some friends of mine
i truly loved playing this.. Ill have warm memories of playing for a long time.
glad to have found you on itch.
That's great to hear! Thanks for playing and saying hi!
I played this game on Steam and I instantly fell in love with it and the world. I loved the characters, music, graphics, and just everything about it. Please someone make a walkthrough on the endings I was only able to get the normal one and I don't know how to get all the endings and achievements. The urge to 100% a game is real.
PS :) my favorite character is the dream guy ( I haven't played in a while) also I hate that monkey that steals my stuff >:(
This is really wonderful - thank you for making it! A funky and fun to explore (if a bit sad) world with a metric ton to see and do. Your writing is evocative and punchy and delightful to read. There are some strong messages in this without being moralizing (and you have the freedom to behave as atrociously or nicely as you want). Great worldbuilding without any heavy exposition - instead you explore to learn.
Also, this works just fine on linux (and presumably mac) if run via WINE. I tried running the base file with the current linux OHRPPGCE engine, and that doesn't work out well :p
I hope you are happy and selfishly, hope you continue to create!
Thanks for the kind message. I am still making games. My current work-in-progress is a visual novel set in an alien movie studio. The Alien Squatter artist is also involved.
Yo! Don't forget your itch.io fans - I see there's no Linux version here, it's not on sale like on Steam, and you don't get a Steam key with the purchase here (currently). Please consider supporting these here~! In the meantime, I'll pick the game up on Steam.
Thanks for the reminder! I'm working on an update for Alien Squatter that will be out this week, I'll put out a Linux version on itch.io at the same time! I'll also do a sale for itch.io at some point in the undisclosed future. In any case, thanks for getting the game on Steam. =D I hope you have a groovy time!
I think you forgot to do this.
I've been having some issues with the Mac and Linux versions of the game so they are currently unavailable on Steam and itch. I'm waiting on an update to the game engine.
Oh. All good man.
This is cool, and you're cool for doing this. Rock on!
